Phoenix College is a public community college located at 1202 West Thomas Road in Phoenix, Arizona, and is the oldest community college in the state of Arizona. Part of the Maricopa Community College District, Phoenix College offers the first two years of a bachelor's degree program, along with career and technical education certificates and degrees. Transfer articulation agreements with Arizona State University, the University of Arizona, and Northern Arizona University allow students to complete their bachelor's degree after transferring. The International Education Program at Phoenix College serves F-1 students from countries around the world. Phoenix College does not provide on-campus student housing.
