USH offers homestay accommodation for international students attending American English Center in Miami Beach. Everything is included in one flat monthly rate — your furnished room, Wi-Fi, utilities, and an English-speaking American host family. No lease to sign. No credit history needed. No furniture to buy. Just arrive and settle in.
Your host family provides a comfortable, stable home base while you study. At an intensive English school, daily immersion is everything — and living with an American host family means you are practicing English not just in the classroom but at home, around the neighborhood, and in all the small conversations of daily life. That natural, daily practice outside the classroom is one of the most effective ways to build real fluency.
Short stays of 4 weeks and longer stays are both available, fitting AEC's flexible enrollment schedule. Airport pickup is available upon request.

For most students, yes. Living with an American host family means you practice English every day outside the classroom — at meals, at home, and in everyday conversations. That daily immersion accelerates fluency far faster than living alone or with other international students. Your host family can also help you navigate Miami Beach and settle into life in a new city.
