About Mt. San Antonio College

Mt. San Antonio College (Mt. SAC) is a public community college in Walnut, California, located on the eastern edge of the Greater Los Angeles Area in the San Gabriel Valley. One of the largest community colleges in California, Mt. SAC offers nearly 400 degree and certificate programs, including associate degrees, transfer pathways to four-year universities, ESL, and career education. The college's International Student Center supports F-1 visa students through admissions, I-20 processing, immigration advising, and ongoing student services throughout their studies.

Universal Student Housing and HomestayMatch place international students with verified American host families in residential communities throughout the San Gabriel Valley, close to the Mt. SAC campus in Walnut. The surrounding area — Walnut, Diamond Bar, Rowland Heights, La Verne, Pomona, and neighboring cities — is home to well-established residential neighborhoods and a strong network of experienced host families. Every host home is personally inspected by our staff before placement and must meet our quality standards.

Your homestay includes a private furnished bedroom, meals, and all utilities — everything ready before you arrive.
